Visiting Scholar's Apartment

Located on the top floor of St Hilda’s College new five storey accommodation block, is the Visiting Scholar’s Apartment. This large, fully furnished two bedroom penthouse apartment has a state of the art kitchen and commands breathtaking views of The University of Melbourne and the city beyond.

In the middle of the college precinct, on the edge of the University campus, a short walk to public transport and the cafes of Lygon Street, this is the best accommodation that can be found for a visiting senior academic and their family.

Occupancy includes membership of the St Hilda’s College Senior Common Room and the provision of three meals a day, seven days a week in the Sugden Dining Hall during the academic year. The College kitchen may be closed at times over the December/January period.

In return, the College requests that the visiting scholar participate in College life in as much as they feel comfortable.

If you are interested in staying at our Visiting Scholars Apartment, please contact our Events Manager on +61 3 9248 8412 or at jos@hildas.unimelb.com.au.
