Undergraduate

There are six residential blocks located around two well maintained courtyards.

Four blocks have washing machines and clothes dryers available at no charge.

First year undergraduate students are provided with a shared washroom between each two rooms, with lockable doors accessing the washroom.

Each floor has bathroom facilities and a kitchen area.

Our bathrooms are unisex, with a ratio of one bathroom to 3 or 4 students.

Each room comprises:

  • Telephone with answering service
  • Email and broadband Internet connection, with a free 12 Gig download per year
  • Heating
  • Single bed, mattress protector, pillow
  • Desk and desk chair
  • Wardrobe
  • Shelving
  • Electronic RFID locks
  • Refurbished rooms are being installed with TV antennae points

Students are required to provide their own bed linen, towels and desk lamp.
