Common Rooms

The Junior Common Room (JCR) is a great place to meet up with friends and meet new ones and over the 2006/07 Christmas break underwent a major refurbishment. The objective was to create a space for students along the line of a Carlton coffee shop. Key features are a new roof, multicoloured viny floor, built in banquette seating, new furniture and an operable glass wall in place of the fixed windows. This new space is well worth a look if you are passing by the College.

In the new Southern Development a state-of-the-art recreational facility is planned with a gymnasium, billiard/games room and TV lounge to further enhance the opportunity for students to socialise, relax and stay healthy. It will also boast a large deck for alfresco dining and as an outdoor meeting place.
