How to Apply
  1. Complete and Submit the Application Form
    Complete the intercollegiate application form: College and Halls of Residence - Application for Graduate Residence. Click here to download an Application Form.
    It is important to ensure the application fee and passport photographs are forwarded immediately or provided with the hard copy application form. This documentation must be received by the College before the application process can formally commence and an interview can be arranged.

  2. Receipt of Application
    St Hilda’s College will email the applicant an acknowledgment of receipt.
    Applicants must provide: a curriculum vitae; a brief autobiographical synopsis (approximately 500 words); and a transcript of university results from their most recent degree course.

  3. Referees
    Nominated referees will be asked to comment in writing on: the applicant’s suitability for residential life; potential for success at university; and other qualities considered important aspects for assimilating into college life.

  4. Personal Interview
    Applicants are interviewed by the Principal or Vice Principal throughout the year.
    Interstate and overseas applicants may be interviewed by telephone.

  5. Change of Contact Details
    Applicants must provide the Registrar with any changes to correspondence address and full contact details for the Admissions Period from December to mid February.

  6. Offers for Admission
    Offers for a place at St Hilda’s college will usually be made to graduate students within one calendar week of their interview.
