2013 SCHOLARSHIPS FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS

St Hilda's offers a number of scholarships for undergraduate, graduate and non resident students. Scholarships are awarded to successful applicants to St Hilda's College on the basis of academic results, personal qualities and the likely contributions the student can make to the College.

CATO College Graduate Scholarship

Value: $3,000

Criteria: Offered to a student who is accepted to pursue a postgraduate course of study at The University of Melbourne. Awarded on the basis of grade point average plus performance at a College selection interview.

Five scholarships are available in 2013.

A written application is required.

St Hilda's College JD Scholarship

Value: $6,000 applied as a $3,000 reduction to both the first and second semester College fees

Criteria: Offered to students accepted in the first round of offers for the JD program at The University of Melbourne. Awarded on the basis of the applicant's grade point average in 2012 and performance at the St Hilda's College selection interview.

Two scholarships will be awarded in 2013. Applicants are required to have nominated St Hilda's College as their college of first preference at the time of application.

A written application is required.

St Hilda's College Medical or Dental Graduate Scholarship

Value: $6,000 applied as a $3,000 reduction to both the first and second semester College fees

Criteria: Offered to students accepted in the first round of offers for The University of Melbourne Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Dental Science program. Awarded on the basis of the applicant's grade point average in 2012 and performance at the St Hilda's College selection interview.

One scholarship will be awarded in 2013. Applicants are required to have nominated St Hilda's College as their college of first preference at the time of application.

A written application is required.

Scholarships for returning students

St Hilda's College Graduate Scholarship

Value: $3,000

Criteria: Offered to returning graduate students who have achieved outstanding academic results and demonstrated a strong contribution to St Hilda's College.

The College will award up to three scholarships annually to returning graduate students.

A written application is required.
